Part of our mission is to emerse our learners in the richness of cultures present in our communities. To make it as authentic as possible, we invite our families to share their traditions. We were fortunate and thankful for the sharing of the Dia de Los Muertos traditions by one of the Blossom moms. The children asked many questions and were fully engaged in creating decorations. We asked all families to send photos of their deceased lvoed one. The event creted rich discussions on the importance of honoring our ancestors and remembering them.
